Frequently Asked Dumpster Rental Questions

Dumpster Rental — Corpus Christi, TX — White Star Services LLC

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER FOR A DUMPSTER RENTAL?

Our company White Star Services tries very hard to accommodate to everyone’s schedule. Our company offers same-day delivery most of the times depending at what time you schedule your services with our sales department. Calling 1-2 days ahead of time to schedule your service is highly recommended. However, we understand that events occur and emergencies arise, and therefore we will make our best efforts to accommodate to your needs. Should delivery of your site be rendered impossible due to weather conditions (muddy field, flooding, ice, etc.), we will deliver your order as soon as it is safe to do so & you will be notified if delivery has been changed to a different time or a different day.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A DUMPSTER?

Rates vary depending on dumpster size, contents being disposed and delivery location. Please note that while a smaller dumpster may be cheaper, it may not provide the collection capacity you need for your specific job and sometimes you will have to rent 2 small dumpsters instead of one big one for less money. Please contact us so we may discuss your specific waste disposal needs to try to save you the most money possible.

WHAT MAY BE PLACED IN A DUMPSTER?

Dumpsters may be used for household waste (clothes, appliances, electronics, paper, landscaping materials such as brush and leaves, and construction waste).
We do not accept the following items for disposal:
• Paint
• Oil and other automotive fluids
• Asbestos shingles
• Hazardous waste

Should you need to discard any of the items mentioned in the list above, please contact your local government for the location of a waste facility that will accept them.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED TO ACCOMMODATE A DUMPSTER?

Our dumpsters are 8 feet wide, 11 to 22 feet long with sides from 3.5 feet to 7 feet in height depending on the size of roll-off you request. We require that there be minimum clearance of 20 feet above, 50 feet in front and a minimum of 5 feet on either side of the dumpster for safe delivery. The dumpster must be on level ground and there should be no power lines or overhanging tree branches above it. Should you have a specific spot where you want the dumpster placed, please mark such location and/or meet our driver and direct them to the specific location. If we need to return to your job to relocate a dumpster, you will incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to refuse service to job sites that we cannot safely deliver a container.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

WHAT ARE ROLL OFF DUMPSTERS USED FOR?

Roll-off dumpsters can haul a variety of materials, but the contents will determine which landfill will accept the load. That’s one reason it is important to discuss upfront what you’ll be putting in the dumpster because when it comes to landfills weight does matter. Our dumpsters are available to haul construction debris, household items, yard debris, and just about anything else you want to be removed from your property or construction site. If you've never rented a dumpster before the process is as easy as making a quick phone call. We'll discuss your project and what size dumpster you will need and answer any questions you have about timing or what can go inside the contents of a roll-off dumpster. Once you're scheduled, one of our professionals will deliver your roll-off dumpster; then once it's filled you'll give us another call and we'll send out another professional to pick it up and take it to the landfill to dispose of its contents. Contact us today to learn how the friendly professionals here at White Star Services can help you with your roll-off dumpster needs for your waste disposal!
